Shipping and Return Policy

At Halysian Care, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time across Pakistan.

🚚 Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via registered courier partners (e.g., PostEx) on a Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid basis.

⏱ Order Processing Time

•    Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours
•    Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day

📍 Delivery Timeline

•    Karachi: 2–5working days
•    Other cities: 2–7 working days
•    Remote areas may take longer depending on courier serviceability
•    This timeframe is subject to third-party courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

•    Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout
•    Charges may vary based on city and order weight

📲 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS / WhatsApp to track your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

•    Please ensure availability at the provided address
•    Our courier partner may attempt delivery up to 2 times
•    Unreachable or refused orders are marked as Return to Origin (RTO)

 

Return & Refund Policy


Due to the hygienic and sensitive nature of skincare products, we follow a strict quality control and return policy.

❌ No Returns / Refunds in the Following Cases:

•    Change of mind
•    Skin reaction or personal suitability issues
•    Opened or used products
•    Incorrect address or customer unavailability
•    Order refusal at the time of delivery

✅ Returns Accepted ONLY If:

•    You receive a damaged product
•    You receive a wrong item

📩 How to Request a Return

•    Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at our WhatsApp 0337- 1678222 or email us at Support@halysiancare.com 
•    Share your name, contact number, order number, item(s) you are returning and reason for return.
•    Share clear pictures and/or unboxing video as proof
•    Claims without evidence will not be entertained
To qualify for a return, your item must remain is its original condition, sealed and unused and in the original packaging. Halysian care reserve a right to refuse a refund if a product is returned  damaged, opened or used. 

🔁 Return Process

•    Once approved, a replacement will be dispatched
•    No cash refunds are offered
•    Courier charges for approved mistakes will be borne by Halysian Care

🚫 Refused / Undelivered Orders

If an order is:

•    Refused by the customer
•    Unreachable after delivery attempts

👉 The order will be returned via courier
👉 Forward & return shipping charges will be deducted
👉 Re-dispatch will require advance payment

Refund Policy (Online Payments Only)

•    Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders if damaged or incorrect
•    Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
•    Refunds are made to the original payment method

Important Notes

•    Halysian Care is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, strikes, weather, or remote locations
•    Please double-check your address and contact details before placing an order

LOST ORDERS

If your order shows as delivered in our system but you have not received your package, we suggest reaching out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via support@halysiancare.com or  WhatsApp us at 0337-1678222
