Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under limited circumstances.

Prepaid Orders

• Refunds are processed only if a damaged or incorrect item is verified.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 7–10 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• No cash refunds are provided for COD orders.
• Approved cases will be handled through product replacement only.

Refused or Undelivered Orders

If an order is refused or marked undelivered:
• The parcel will be returned via courier (RTO).
• Forward and return shipping charges may be deducted.
• Re-dispatch requires advance payment.

Please note that we do not offer any refund or exchange on sale items. Halysian Care reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that do not comply with our stated guidelines.
