Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for items that are unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product safety, we are unable to offer refunds on any product that has been opened or used. Refund requests must be initiated within fourteen days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery. We may request supporting images to assess the issue and ensure a quick and appropriate resolution. Once verified, we will either send a replacement or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take five to ten business days for the funds to appear in your account. We appreciate your patience during this processing time.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that we do not offer refunds on final sale items, promotional products marked as non-refundable, or digital gift cards. Any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned, unless it is proven to be faulty upon arrival.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, we recommend initiating a refund for the original product (if eligible) and placing a new order through our website.
