Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under limited circumstances.
Prepaid Orders
• Refunds are processed only if a damaged or incorrect item
is verified.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment
method.
• Processing time: 7–10 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
• No cash refunds are provided for COD orders.
• Approved cases will be handled through product
replacement only.
Refused or Undelivered Orders
If an order is refused or marked undelivered:
• The parcel will be returned via courier (RTO).
• Forward and return shipping charges may be deducted.
• Re-dispatch requires advance payment.

Please note that we do not offer any refund or exchange on sale items.
