Due to the hygienic and sensitive nature of skincare products,
we follow a strict quality control and return policy.
❌ No Returns / Refunds in the Following Cases:
• Change of mind
• Skin reaction or personal suitability issues
• Opened or used products
• Incorrect address or customer unavailability
• Order refusal at the time of delivery
✅ Returns Accepted ONLY If:
• You receive a damaged product
• You receive a wrong item

• Share your name, contact number, order number, item(s)
you are returning and reason for return.
• Share clear pictures and/or unboxing video as proof
• Claims without evidence will not be entertained
To qualify for a return, your item must remain is its original condition, sealed and unused and in the
original packaging. Halysian care reserve a right to refuse a refund if a product is returned
damaged, opened or used.
🔁 Return Process
• Once approved, a replacement will be dispatched
• No cash refunds are offered
• Courier charges for approved mistakes will be borne by Halysian Care
🚫 Refused / Undelivered Orders
If an order is:
• Refused by the customer
• Unreachable after delivery attempts
👉 The order will be returned via courier
👉 Forward & return shipping charges will be deducted
👉 Re-dispatch will require advance payment

LOST ORDERS
If your order shows as delivered in our system but you have not received your package,
we suggest reaching out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
