•    Karachi: 2–5 working days
•    Other cities: 2–7working days

•    Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to hygiene reasons, skincare products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where:

•    The wrong item is delivered


Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper evidence.

If an order is refused or the customer is unavailable, the parcel will be returned.
